    Merger between Cantab and Xenova; corporate entity becomes Xenova Group
  • 2003
    Merger between Xenova Group and KS Biomedix
  • 2005
    Xenova Group acquired by Celtic Pharmaceutical Holdings LP (CP1) and de-listed from public markets
  • 2007
    Cambridge site spun out of Xenova as Cambridge Biomanufacturing Ltd (trading as Xenova Biomanufacturing) to focus on contract process development and GMP manufacturing services
  • 2009
    Cambridge Biomanufacturing Ltd acquired by Celtic Pharma Holdings LLP (CP2) and re-named Cantab Biopharmaceuticals Ltd
